It’s simple. I can help you achieve your goals and unlock your full potential. I support people of all ages and levels in accomplishing their performance goals. I encourage you to overcome barriers by improving your mindset with mental skills, tools, and techniques.
At CNL Coaching, I offer psychological support to anyone wanting to improve their performance, mindset, and resilience. I work with athletes to equip them with the skills they need to feel and perform their best.
Support can be whatever you want and need it to be. I will work with you to establish what you feel is holding you back and we will create a plan together to help you achieve your goals.

About Me.
Hi. I’m Chloe. I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist who is interested in all things people. I am a keen amateur triathlete and ultra runner and you will often find me out running with my dogs, Manny and Jacob.
I started my career in business psychology but wanted to combine my love of sports with my desire to help athletes. My approach is athlete-led. Nobody knows you as well as you know yourself. My job is to help you develop the tools you need to thrive.
